Multiple Display Sizes with Flexible CPU Options
The IPC-AFT-i Series industrial panel PC is designed to offer flexible display sizes and scalable computing performance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and outdoor applications.
The most popular configuration in the IPC-AFT-i Series features a 15.6-inch touch display, with an overall mechanical dimension of 399.83 × 249.14 × 59 mm and a net weight of approximately 5.5 kg. In addition to the 15.6” model, this series is also available in 12.1”, 21.0”, and 23.8” display sizes, allowing system integrators to select the most appropriate screen size for their installation environment.
For projects requiring non-standard dimensions, custom display sizes and mechanical designs are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Beyond display flexibility, the IPC-AFT-i Series also provides configurable CPU options, supporting Intel® Core™ i5, i7, and i9 processors (generation dependent on project requirements). This allows customers to balance performance, power consumption, and budget according to their application needs.
With multiple touchscreen sizes and scalable processing power, the IPC-AFT-i Series delivers a highly adaptable industrial panel PC platform for HMI systems, factory automation, kiosks, and other demanding environments.
Why Is an Industrial PC (IPC) More Expensive Than a Standard PC—Is It Worth the Investment?

When comparing specifications such as CPU, RAM, and storage, an Industrial PC (IPC) may look similar to a standard desktop PC.
However, the difference in price reflects business risk and operational reliability, not computing power.
A standard PC is designed for office or personal use, where occasional downtime is acceptable.
An IPC is designed for business-critical systems, such as HMI, automation, and on-site control, where system failure can lead to production delays, service interruptions, or financial loss.
By choosing an IPC, organizations invest in:
-
Stable 24/7 operation with minimal downtime
-
Higher system reliability in harsh or unattended environments
-
Long-term product availability, reducing replacement and revalidation costs
-
Lower total cost of ownership (TCO) over the system’s lifecycle
Is it worth it?
If the system plays a critical role in operations, the cost of downtime often exceeds the price difference between an IPC and a standard PC. In this context, an IPC is not an added expense—it is risk mitigation and operational assurance.

IP 65 Front Panel for Outdoor & Semi-Outdoor Use

IP65 Front Panel (Customizable to IP69 / IP69K)
The IP65-rated front panel protects against water splashes and dust, making it suitable for outdoor or semi-outdoor installations such as under canopies or sheltered areas.
For harsher washdown or high-pressure cleaning environments, the front panel protection level can be customized to IP69 or IP69K.
The TFT LCD display supports optional anti-UV, anti-glare, auto-brightness, wide temperature, and shock-resistant configurations to ensure clear visibility and stable operation under varying outdoor lighting and environmental conditions.
Custom Integration Options
The unit supports custom integration of a wide range of peripherals to meet project-specific needs, including:
-
Embedded barcode scanner for ticket verification or payment systems
-
RFID / NFC for access control and member identification
-
MSR (magnetic stripe reader) for card-based operations
All modules can be pre-installed and tested before shipment, providing a ready-to-deploy solution and reducing on-site setup time.
Minimum Order Quantity: 200 pcs per lot.

FAQ
Q1. Is IP65 protection sufficient for a basement parking environment?
Yes. For most underground parking facilities, IP65provides reliable protection against dust and occasional humidity.
Since the area is not directly exposed to rain or high-pressure water jets, higher IP levels (IP66–IP69K) are unnecessary unless the system is installed near car wash zones or outdoor entrances.
Q2. Can the panel size be customized for our existing kiosk or gate system?
Absolutely. The CNC-pressed aluminum housing allows full customization of the panel dimensions and cutout shape from 12” to 23”.
This flexibility ensures seamless integration with your current parking control interface, ticketing, or access terminals.
Q3. Does the system support wide temperature operation?
Yes. The IPC operates stably from 0°C to 50°C and can be stored between -20°C and 70°C, ideal for underground or semi-enclosed environments where ambient temperatures fluctuate.
Q4. What peripheral modules can be embedded?
We offer custom module integration including:
-
Barcode scanner (1D/2D, QR code)
-
RFID / NFC reader
-
MSR (magnetic stripe reader)
-
Optional camera or speaker module upon request
All components are factory-aligned, tested, and ready for plug-and-play deployment.
Q5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ for custom production is 200 pcs per lot, ensuring consistent mechanical precision and efficient CNC fabrication.
Q6. Which operating systems are supported?
Depending on the internal configuration, the system supports Windows 10 / 11 IoT, Linux, or Android.
Specific OS options can be pre-installed according to your software requirements.
