About UV Barcodes
To ensure easy readability of UV barcodes, attention must be paid to the print quality of the UV barcode. The fluorescent substance contained in the UV ink used for printing must be sufficient so that the barcode appears clear under UV LED light. Additionally, if the UV barcode being printed is a data matrix type, it is important to ensure that the dots do not merge together due to the ink being too thin, as this can also affect barcode readability.
Because UV barcodes are invisible to the naked eye, the printed results are relatively difficult to discern. We recommend that customers with such requirements send us samples of their UV barcodes for testing before deciding to mass-produce them. We will adjust our UV barcode scanner to meet your specific needs based on the characteristics of your barcode.
