Q1: Stainless steel Industrial Panel PCs seem heavy. Are there industrial-grade models with plastic enclosures?
A: Due to the demanding environments these units are designed for—such as high-temperature, high-humidity conditions and situations requiring water jet cleaning—plastic enclosures cannot withstand long-term use under such harsh conditions. While stainless steel is indeed heavier, it offers unmatched durability and longevity. If you are looking for a lighter alternative with the same IP65 protection rating, we recommend our AFT/AFM Series, which features aluminum enclosures and delivers the same industrial-grade performance.
Q2: Do you accept customized orders?
